Leading the Interior Fitout, MEP, and IT Solutions Division, he holds an MBA from the United Kingdom, bringing a global outlook and a strong foundation in strategic and operational management.
He oversees the end-to-end execution of projects across interior fitout, MEP services, and IT solutions, with a focus on delivering integrated and efficient outcomes.
His approach combines operational expertise with strategic leadership to drive growth and build long-term client relationships.
KUTBUDDIN KAPADIA
Co-Founder – Reality Group
Serving as the Managing Director of the Group's Hardware and Building Materials Division.
With an academic foundation in Commerce and a technical background in software engineering, he brings a distinctive blend of financial acumen, operational expertise, and analytical thinking to the organization.
